Day 15: Getting Lost in Nature to Find Myself

Today has been such a satisfying day.

  • Sleeping in
  • Fasted cardio (Rollerblading from False Creek to Stanley Park and back)
  • A big bowl of beans and greens
  • Coquitlam Crunch with a good friend
  • Catching up
  • Vegan Cheesecake
  • Making a batch of Kombucha
  • A big bowl of fruits
  • Yoga

Soon this shall be my every day.

Grateful for a recharging day.



The awkward moment when the computer wants you do quit Safari but at the same time doesn’t give the option to quit.
